Our Beloved Millie is gone

Our sweet little hen, Millie, is gone. We came home from our Christmas trip to San Diego to find that she had died. Millie was a Belgian D'Uccle Mille Fleur aka a Booted Belgian Bantam and very multi-colored.

She leaves behind many saddened hearts, and her son, Jericho.

Lazy Daze

On cold and rainy days, we all love to nap. The kids joined me in staying indoors where it was snug and warm. Callebaut was sleeping on the small dog bed (Tasso's!)
Tasso, in the meantime, was stretched out on the couch. Why sleep on the floor in a little dog bed when you have the couch?
Chloe, on the other hand, was snug in the laundry basket. So much for "clean" clothes.




Julian slept on the couch in India's night/bed spot.




India refused to have her picture taken, while Ginger couldn't sleep with everyone else around!
